Meytal Barak is an associate in the employment law and labor relations practice group of the firm. Meytal represents and advises employers, including service providers in different fields such as industrial manufacturers, advertising agencies, medical organizations and hospitals, tech companies, and state owned companies, on a broad range of employment law related matters from review of employer policies and handbooks; personal and collective employment agreements; through labor disputes and strikes; employee disciplinary action; employee benefits; employee termination; and employment claims litigation, including alternative dispute resolution in the Labor Courts.
