Overview

Liraz Zehavi is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of the firm where she specializes in corporate and commercial transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, across a broad range of sectors. In addition to advising on individual corporate transactions and conducting legal due diligence, she also provides legal counsel on a range of agreements and legal issues relating to corporate, banking and finance and the operation, management and development of a commercial business in Israel.

Liraz joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2014, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
