Partner Elisha Shor is one of Israel’s most accomplished and experienced labour law experts on pension funds and social security, with a career in this domain spanning over 30 years.

Elisha’s experience includes representing clients in complex big case litigation, preparing and drafting collective agreements for specific industries as well as drafting tailor-made employment contracts for Israel’s private sector. Elisha regularly counsels large business corporations in the field.

Among other things, Elisha led the proceedings in principle big case litigation in which both the Supreme Court and the National Labour Court handed down precedent-setting rulings in the realms of both labour law and pension law.
