Daniel Ovadia is an associate in the employment law and labor relations practice group of the firm. Daniel represents and advises employers in Israel, including service providers in different fields, industrial manufacturers, advertising agencies, medical organizations and hospitals, tech companies, and state owned companies, on a broad range of employment law related matters from review of employer policies and handbooks; foreign workers (including representation vis-à-vis the authorities); personal and collective employment agreements; through labor disputes and strikes; employee disciplinary action; employee benefits; employee termination; and employment claims litigation, including alternative dispute resolution in the Labor Courts.

Daniel joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2016, for his legal internship, and returned as an associate after he qualified as an Israeli advocate.
