Atalya is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. She represents international and domestic companies and high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, disputes relating to infrastructure and construction projects, complex contractual disputes, and tender related disputes.

 

Atalya joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2016 where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

Atalya served as a research assistant for the Law Faculty Dean, Prof. Shahar Lifshitz, and for Prof. Oren Perez.

 

Atalya was a first year Law students’ mentor at the Bar Ilan University.

 

During her studies, Atalya was also a member of the editorial board of the Bar Ilan University Law Review, “Democratic Culture”.

 

During her studies, Atalya also provided legal advice to women, as part of her participation in “Ruth and Emanuel Rackman Centre for the Advancement of the Status of Women”, which operates within the framework of Bar Ilan’s Faculty of Law.
