Assaf Koren is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group of the firm. In his real estate work, Assaf focuses on advising on joint ventures, drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, combination agreements, construction agreements, urban renewal projects, purchasing groups, commercial leases, tenders and the financing of real estate and construction projects.
Assaf also advises corporate and private clients in connection with various land right- disputes and assists clients in registering their rights with the official Land Registry.
Assaf joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2020, where he completed is internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
