Anat is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group of the firm. In her real estate work, Anat focuses on advising on joint ventures, as well as on drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, combination agreements, construction agreements, urban renewal projects, purchasing groups, commercial leases, tenders and the financing of real estate and construction projects.

Anat is also assisting private clients in advising on various aspects of Israeli inheritance law and estate planning, in establishing personal and family trusts and in the management and execution of estates and trusts.

Prior to joining the S Horowitz team, Anat worked as a banker at the corporate division of Bank Leumi, both in Israel and in the New York branch, as well as in the Israeli branches of Citi Bank and HSBC.
