Amnon is an associate in the commercial department of the firm. He specializes in cross-border and domestic corporate and commercial transactions for international and Israeli companies, co-ventures, and financial institutions, with a particular focus on cross border mergers and acquisitions.

In addition, he advises private equity and hedge funds, as well as institutional investors, on all aspects of commercial law. He also provides legal counsel on all matters relating to the operation, management and development of commercial business and trading activities in Israel.
