Adv. Ehud (Udi) Arzi is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group and serves as Chairman of the Board at S. Horowitz. He leads complex commercial litigation, corporate disputes, and defense of consumer class actions, with particular expertise in shareholder conflicts, corporate governance, and banking matters. His practice spans high-stakes business disputes, financial sector litigation, and corporate restructuring proceedings.
Udi represents major corporations and financial institutions in business-critical disputes and defense of consumer class actions across multiple jurisdictions. His work encompasses shareholder rights, corporate governance, banking disputes, complex restructuring matters, and strategic defense against consumer claims for leading companies and financial institutions. According to Chambers Global 2024, he is recognized as “a very experienced and capable litigator” who excels in handling complex disputes across various legal fields. Recently, he was elected as a delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
Throughout his career, Udi has led significant matters including major corporate rehabilitation proceedings, shareholder disputes, and defense of consumer class actions. He has successfully represented banks, technology companies, and major corporations in defeating high-profile consumer claims. He frequently serves as a court-appointed arbitrator and mediator, while also contributing to the legal community through his lectures on litigation practice at the Israel Bar Association’s advanced legal studies program.
