Overview

Liraz Zehavi is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of the firm, where she specializes in financial regulation, corporate and commercial transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, across a broad range of sectors.

In addition to advising on individual corporate transactions and conducting legal due diligence, she also provides legal counsel on a range of agreements and legal issues relating to corporate, banking and finance and the operation, management, and development of a commercial business in Israel.

Liraz joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2014, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

During her legal studies Liraz served as an editor of the “Law and Business” Law Review of the Radzyner School of Law, Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, and was a research assistant at the Radzyner School of Law, Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
