Overview

Dor is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of the firm, specializing in cross-border and domestic commercial transactions for international and Israeli companies, funds, and financial institutions across various sectors. He advises on individual transactions, conducts thorough legal due diligence, and navigates complex regulatory environments.

In addition, Dor offers comprehensive legal counsel on corporate, banking, and finance matters, assisting clients with the operation, management, and development of commercial businesses in Israel.

Dor joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2023, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
