Ravit represents and advises employers, including service providers in different fields such as industrial manufacturers, advertising agencies, medical organizations and hospitals, tech companies, and state owned companies, on a broad range of employment law related matters from review of employer policies and handbooks; personal and collective employment agreements; through labor disputes and strikes; employee disciplinary action; employee benefits; employee termination; and employment claims litigation, including alternative dispute resolution in the Labor Courts.
