Adv. Yogev Yehoshua is an associate at S. Horowitz, specializing in complex civil and commercial litigation as well as white-collar cases.
Yogev has extensive experience representing clients in high-stakes corporate and commercial disputes across various Israeli courts and tribunals. He demonstrates particular expertise in defending both foreign and domestic companies, executives, and individuals in white-collar criminal matters, while also maintaining a strong practice in administrative law. Yogev represents clients in civil and criminal proceedings, as well as in hearings before government authorities and the prosecution. His work encompasses advising leading companies on corporate liability, regulatory compliance, and safety and environmental regulations. Prior to joining S. Horowitz, Yogev worked as an associate at Boaz Ben Zur & Co., where he further developed his expertise in complex litigation matters. Yogev serves as a Junior Lecturer at Reichman University and previously served as a Junior Lecturer (as a student) in the “Fundamentals of the Legal Profession” course. He was a member (as a student) of the Legal Clinic of the District Court (Central) and a member (as a student) of the Legal Clinic of the Central District Attorney’s Office (Criminal) at the Economic Section.
