Adv. Yedidia Ashur is an associate in the Litigation Department at S. Horowitz, focusing on complex commercial litigation and administrative law, tenders and government procurement, with particular emphasis on disputes arising from large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

Yedidia is involved in significant commercial and administrative proceedings, including drafting pleadings, motions and responses, and providing strategic, results-driven counsel throughout all stages of the process.

Yedidia represents and advises public and private sector clients in matters involving complex factual and legal issues, including tender-related proceedings and regulatory aspects associated with infrastructure projects, and supports the management and resolution of substantial contractual disputes.
