Adv. Sharon Pustilnik Roth is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at S. Horowitz, and is licensed by the Ministry of Justice to prepare enduring powers of attorney.
Sharon represents and advises companies, commercial entities, and private clients in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, managing complex legal proceedings and providing ongoing legal advice on civil and commercial matters. She also assists clients in preparing enduring powers of attorney, reflecting a view of early legal planning as an integral part of professional and responsible legal counsel.
Prior to joining the firm, Sharon practiced civil and commercial litigation, including white-collar proceedings, and completed her legal internship at the Israel Securities Authority’s Administrative Enforcement Department.
Alongside her professional work, Sharon served as a research assistant in contract law from 2022 to 2023, and as a teaching assistant in courses on corporate law, constitutional law, and administrative law from 2021 to 2023. Between 2020 and 2022, she took part in the family law legal aid clinic and the social rights clinic for housing rights, providing legal assistance to vulnerable populations out of a commitment to expanding access to legal services in Israel.
In 2023, she won first place in the national competition for policy paper writing in law and technology, held by the Ministry of Justice and the Israeli Tech Policy Institute (ITPI).
