Adv. Shani Erlich Strul is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at S. Horowitz.

Shani represents international and domestic companies and government entities on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on complex contractual disputes and disputes relating to infrastructure, construction, energy sectors and real estate. Her practice encompasses accompanying projects, consulting and representation in various contractual and civil issues, in a variety of jurisdictions, both in courts, arbitration and mediation.

She joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2016.

During her academic career at Tel-Aviv University, Shani demonstrated exceptional academic achievement, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors and earning one of the first places on the Dean’s List, as well as receiving a special merit award.

She further distinguished herself by serving as a Research Assistant for Prof. Eyal Benvenisti in the field of International Law, contributing to academic excellence in legal education.
