Adv. Rotem Cohen is an associate in S. Horowitz Corporate Practice Group.

Rotem specializes in providing comprehensive legal counsel across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on hi-tech, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, and private placements.

Rotem represents founders, early-stage companies, mature technology companies, angels, investors, and venture capital funds. She provides ongoing legal support on a variety of commercial agreements, along with expert guidance on corporate structuring, licensing, founder agreements, incentive schemes, investment round financing agreements, and exits, delivering practical solutions tailored to her clients’ business objectives the dynamic market in which they operate.

Rotem joined the firm in 2021, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate. Since then, Rotem has brought a combination of diverse knowledge, creative thinking, and a relentless commitment to legal excellence in every case and transaction.
