Adv. Ronen Bromer is a partner in the Litigation Department at S. Horowitz.

With over 25 years of rich experience, Ronen represents clients in complex commercial and civil cases with high public profiles across a wide range of fields, specializing in real estate, contracts, and energy.

Ronen’s experience includes, among other things, handling complex business disputes regarding large real estate projects worth billions of shekels; representation in international franchising disputes and representation in precedent-setting proceedings in commercial torts and defamation.

Ronen has unique expertise in administrative and constitutional law, and he represents clients in several fundamental petitions to the High Court of Justice that are at the core of legal and public discourse in Israel, including the petition against the legislative amendment to change the judicial selection process filed on behalf of senior academics in Israel, as well as the petition against the government’s decision regarding the appointment process of the Civil Service Commissioner filed on behalf of the Histadrut Labor Federation.

Ronen has extensive experience in representing and advising clients on complex administrative and regulatory matters in petitions before a wide variety of courts, as well as in proceedings before various regulatory bodies, including the State Comptroller, the Electricity Authority, and the Government Companies Authority.

In addition, Ronen specializes in representing clients in complex family law disputes that combine commercial and civil aspects, including real estate and property improvement, corporate issues, resource balancing, inheritance, and more.
