Pnina Mor-Gluzman is a partner in the Litigation department at S. Horowitz, specializing in complex civil-commercial litigation. Prior to the firm’s merger with S. Horowitz, Pnina was a senior partner at B. Levinbook & Co.
Pnina leads complex civil-commercial litigation across a broad range of matters. She has decades of experience managing large-scale, complex cases involving significant sums and matters of principle, representing most of the banks in Israel as well as other corporate and private clients.
Pnina has extensive expertise in the banking sector. In addition to representing clients in litigation proceedings, she regularly represents and advises banks on core banking law matters, including legal counsel, drafting complex agreements and documents, regulatory matters, and legal support for various processes, including in digital banking channels, as well as for banking products and services, their content and terms. Pnina also has particular expertise in the fields of privacy protection and defamation, and represents and advises banks and private clients in these areas.
