Adv. Ohad Ben-Yehuda is an attorney specializing in commercial litigation

Ohad focuses on large-scale disputes encompassing all aspects of commercial law.
He appears before all judicial forums in Israel, in arbitration proceedings and mediation proceedings.

Ohad specializes particularly in complex disputes in the fields of construction, infrastructure and energy. He handles a wide range of issues affecting the Israeli energy sector as well as disputes relating to construction and infrastructure projects, including national projects worth billions of dollars, related to the planning and construction of ports, highways, railway infrastructure, tunnels and public buildings.

 

His clients include a wide range of local and international infrastructure companies, major oil and energy companies in Israel. Ohad also advises his clients on dispute prevention, claim and dispute management and resolution through negotiation, mediation or proceedings conducted before professional experts. Additionally, he provides ongoing legal counsel to construction and infrastructure companies at all stages of projects, from the tender proposal formulation stage, through the project execution phases, and when necessary, in the required legal proceedings.
