Adv. Oded Israely is an associate in the Dispute Resolution department of the firm.
Oded represents international and domestic companies, government companies, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals in complex civil and commercial litigation. He brings expertise to intricate contractual disputes, administrative law matters, and cross-border litigation.
Oded joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2021, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate. Prior to that, Oded served, inter alia, as a Law Clerk at Tel Aviv District Court; Paralegal at Israel’s Ministry of Justice Counseling and Legislation department; and Teaching Assistant in the Hebrew University introductory course “Legal writing and research”. Oded also authored Censorship and the Right to Not Speak in Private Law, 17 Hukim L. Rev. 305 (2022).
