Nir Shaaltiel is a partner in the dispute resolution Practice Group of the firm.

Nir represents international and domestic companies, government companies, financial institutions and high net worth individuals, on a broad range of civil commercial and administrative matters before the entire range of Israeli courts and tribunals, arbitration and mediation.

Nir’s practice focuses on high-value commercial disputes, complex contractual disputes, in particular, shareholder disputes, disputes relating to construction and infrastructure projects, class actions, and tender-related disputes.

Nir joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2017, after completing his internship in a leading Israeli law firm.
