Adv. Nathaniel Lavi is an associate in the intellectual property and dispute resolution practice group at S. Horowitz.
Nathaniel represents and advises various entities in Israel, in different sectors, including technology, pharmaceuticals, automobile industry, retail and consumer goods, financial institutions and banks, on complex and cross-border conflicts. His primary focus areas include IP litigation and enforcement, with particular emphasis on trademark and patent litigation, product liability and torts, class actions, product recall, regulation and compliance, and contracts.
In addition, Nathaniel also has extensive training and significant experience with alternative dispute resolutions, predominantly mediation.
Nathaniel also contributes to legal publications and presents at conferences, sharing insights within his areas of expertise.
He joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2017 as a legal intern and returned as an associate after qualifying as an Israeli advocate. Recently, he completed his Masters in Law degree (LL.M.) at Cornell University, with high honors, achieving multiple recognition awards for his academic excellence in IP and contracts law.
