Adv. Mor Finkelstein is an accomplished associate in the dispute resolution department at S. Horowitz.

Mor specializes in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, planning and building law, and administrative law. His practice encompasses representing major corporate clients in complex civil and contractual matters, with particular emphasis on administrative court proceedings challenging decisions of public authorities and governmental bodies.

As a key member of the firm’s dispute resolution team, he brings sharp analytical skills and strategic thinking to cases involving real estate, infrastructure, and contractual disputes. His dedication to excellence is reflected in his academic achievements, graduating magna cum laude from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Since joining the firm in 2022, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli lawyer, Mor has demonstrated exceptional capability in handling sophisticated legal challenges and delivering practical solutions for clients.
