Michal Abramovich is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of the firm.
She represents international and domestic companies, government companies, financial institutions and high net worth individuals before all Israeli courts and tribunals in various civil and contractual matters, with emphasis on complex disputes.
She has experience representing companies, executives and individuals in criminal and administrative investigations and white-collar crime allegations. She advises on internal corporate investigations, drafting and implementing internal policies and self-enforcement practices, claims relating to bribery and corruption, money laundering, breach of fiduciary duty, and corporate governance non-compliance. She specializes in environmental and regulatory matters, including liability for land, air, water and sea contamination. As part of her practice, she provides legal opinions to foreign counsel and entities regarding the application of criminal, commercial, civil and environmental law in Israel, accompanies commercial transactions involving environmental and regulatory aspects, and advises on legislative and regulatory processes. She joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2017.
