Adv. Meytal Barak is an attorney in the Labor Law and Labor Relations department at S. Horowitz.

Meytal represents and advises employers in various sectors in Israel, including companies, non-profit organizations, governmental bodies, and hospitals. She provides comprehensive counsel in labor law matters, from reviewing employer policies and procedures to handling complex labor disputes and legal litigation. Additionally, she provides counsel and legal services to employees, including in hearing procedures, claims, drafting agreements and addressing legal issues.

Meytal’s areas of expertise include individual and collective employment agreements, disciplinary procedures, hearings, and litigation in labor claims, including alternative dispute resolution in labor courts. She was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2010.
