Maya advises and provides representation to international and domestic corporations, as well as high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil, corporate and contractual matters, with a particular focus on high-value and complex commercial disputes, cross-border litigation and in defending both shareholder derivative actions and class actions. Maya joined S. Horowitz in 2020.
