Liat Eini-Netzer is a partner in the Litigation Department at S. Horowitz.
Prior to the merger between B. Levinbook & Co. and S. Horowitz., Liat was a senior partner at B. Levinbook & Co., where she built her expertise in complex civil and commercial litigation and banking law.
With decades of experience in complex civil and commercial litigation, Liat has led high-profile, large-scale cases spanning virtually every area of the field and every level of court, representing the majority of Israel’s banks along the way.
Liat has particular expertise in banking law, advising financial institutions on an ongoing basis on regulatory matters, bank-customer relations, dealings with external counsel, anti-money laundering, and international sanctions compliance.
Beyond her litigation practice, Liat serves as an arbitrator and mediator in commercial disputes and is a frequent lecturer at academic and professional programs on banking law.
