Israel represents both international and domestic clients, including governmental entities and private corporations, across a broad spectrum of industries. Israel has particular expertise in administrative law, class action defense, and dispute resolution in the construction and healthcare sectors.
With deep experience in the law, Israel regularly advises on a broad range of civil and contractual disputes, judicial review proceedings, and challenges to decisions by public authorities and regulatory bodies. His work spans a wide array of regulated sectors, including energy and natural resources, government and defense, healthcare, infrastructure, and insurance.
Since joining S. Horowitz in 2015, Israel has combined his legal practice with academic involvement. He has served as a teaching assistant in Property Law, Constitutional Law, and Expropriation Law, and has editorial experience with Mehkarei Mishpat – the Bar-Ilan University Law Review.
