Adv. Gabriel Alterman is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group at S. Horowitz.

Gabriel focuses on complex real estate transactions and property-related matters. Gabriel advises clients on a wide range of real estate projects, including joint ventures, urban renewal initiatives, and commercial developments. His practice encompasses the drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, combination agreements, construction contracts, and commercial leases, as well as handling property tax matters and tender processes for real estate projects.

Drawing on his comprehensive understanding of property law and real estate transactions, Gabriel provides strategic counsel to corporate and private clients in land rights disputes and property registration matters. His expertise extends to advising purchasing groups, managing urban renewal projects, and structuring real estate financing arrangements. Gabriel’s multilingual capabilities enable him to serve a diverse client base effectively, particularly in matters involving cross-border real estate transactions and international clients.
