Adv. Evyatar Azulay is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department at S. Horowitz, with extensive experience in complex commercial and civil cases, representing clients in arbitrations and courts at all levels, as well as before regulatory authorities and the State Comptroller.
Evyatar’s professional experience spanning approximately 20 years includes, among other things, handling significant business disputes in real estate and construction, energy, distribution, communications and media, commercial torts, environmental issues, as well as various shareholder disputes.
In addition, Evyatar has extensive experience in administrative and constitutional proceedings, including before administrative courts and the High Court of Justice, as well as guiding clients in complex administrative and regulatory matters before the State Comptroller, the Electricity Authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Companies Registrar, the Associations Registrar, the Cooperative Societies Registrar, the Council for Higher Education, the Industrial Cooperation Authority, and additional governmental and regulatory bodies.
Throughout his years of practice, Evyatar has developed special expertise in litigation related to purchasing groups and construction agreements. He advises and represents clients in the field of purchasing groups, alongside construction companies, project execution companies, and companies specializing in urban renewal, on various financial, regulatory, and other issues.
Additionally, Evyatar specializes in representing complex family law disputes that combine commercial and civil aspects, including real estate and property improvement, corporate issues, resource balancing, inheritance, and more.
