Eti’s expertise spans banking, international distribution agreements, and the distribution and marketing of pharmaceutical products, with particular focus on both cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, insurance, privacy law, retail agreements, investments and more.

Drawing from her extensive experience, Eti provides comprehensive legal counsel on the full spectrum of commercial business operations in Israel. In addition to advising on individual corporate transactions and conducting legal due diligence, Eti provides comprehensive legal counsel on the full range of agreements and legal issues related to the operation, management and development of commercial business and trading activities in Israel. This includes consultation on privacy protection laws, marketing strategies using databases, trade and distribution agreements, product manufacturing, intellectual property, employment agreements and more. She delivers strategic guidance for businesses establishing and expanding their presence in the Israeli market.Throughout her career, Eti has built significant expertise in corporate law, including a year as legal consultant to the Corporate Division at Bank Hapoalim and six years as a commercial lawyer at M. Firon & Co., where she completed her internship in 2010.
