Eran Rodan is an associate in the Litigation Department at S. Horowitz., focusing on commercial litigation, dispute resolution, planning and zoning law, and administrative law.
Eran represents leading companies, real estate developers and private clients in a broad range of complex disputes before all judicial instances and planning authorities, involving claims worth millions of shekels. His practice includes, among other things, real estate disputes and proceedings before public authorities in such matters, including compensation claims under Section 197, expropriations, building permits, outline plans and related proceedings.
Eran joined the firm in 2025, completed his internship at the firm and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2026.
