Adv. Dror Lavy is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property department, specializing in advisory and litigation in commercial matters and intellectual property-related fields, particularly in product liability, trademark issues, and complex contractual disputes.
Dror’s work includes commercial litigation before courts and various tribunals, representing companies in intellectual property disputes, as well as providing regulatory advice to both local and international companies across various sectors, with a focus on biotechnology and the food industry. Her clients include organizations, public entities, and large, well-known companies operating in both the Israeli and international commercial arenas.
Dror joined S. Horowitz in 2022. During her studies, she was a member of the editorial board of Din U’Dvarim – the Haifa University Law Review, served as a research assistant for several professors, assisted in research for the District Public Defender in Haifa, and worked as a teaching assistant in several courses at the University of Haifa.
