Throughout his career, Asaf has developed expertise in healthcare law and regulation, regularly representing Maccabi Healthcare Services in significant litigation and policy matters. He is also a recognized authority in planning and building law, having authored a leading textbook on the subject (“Use Variance”, Bursi Law Publishers, 2010) that is frequently cited in Supreme Court judgments.

Asaf serve on the Board of the Israeli Association of Public Law, led by its president, Justice Elyakim Rubinstein, Vice President of the Israeli Supreme Court (Ret.). Asaf previously served as the Association’s Secretary and currently act as its Treasurer.
