Adv. Dor Kalo is an associate in S. Horowitz Litigation and Administrative Law Department.

Dor specializes in administrative and commercial law. Dor provides comprehensive legal consultation across civil and contractual matters and offers specialized counsel to tender committees throughout the entire tender process, from initial tender document drafting and editing, to managing bidder communications.

Prior to joining S. Horowitz in 2023, Dor completed his internship and worked as an associate at a leading Israeli law firm, where he further developed his expertise in administrative law and commercial litigation.
