Chen is an associate in the commercial department.

Chen works closely with some of the largest institutional investors in Israel as well as private investors, including high-net-worth individuals, with respect to their investments in all types of Israeli and foreign investment funds. In addition, Chen assists in the formation of all types of funds and provides legal advice on various matters, including drafting funds’ documents, forming funds’ entities, and negotiating with investors. Chen joined S. Horowitz in 2024.
