Bar Ovadia is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department at S. Horowitz.
Bar represents and advises international and domestic corporations – including government-owned entities – across a broad range of civil, commercial, and administrative matters, conducting proceedings before courts, in arbitrations, and in mediations. Bar also advises clients at the preliminary stages of negotiations and out-of-court dispute resolution. During his studies, Bar served as an editor of the law journal Ma’asei Mishpat and as an editorial board member of the journal Dine Israel, both at Tel Aviv University. Bar served as a teaching assistant to Prof. Tzvi Triger in the “Family Law” course at Tel Aviv University, as a research assistant in the field of family law to Prof. Karin Carmit Yefet at the University of Haifa, to Prof. Tzvi Triger at the College of Management. He also assisted Dr. Uri Hacohen at Tel Aviv University. Bar joined S. Horowitz in 2024, completed his internship at the firm, and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in January 2026.
