Adv. Assaf Koren is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group at S. Horowitz.

Assaf specializes in advising clients on joint ventures, drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, combination agreements, and construction agreements. He has expertise in urban renewal projects, purchasing groups, commercial leases, tenders, and the financing of real estate and construction projects.

Since 2023, Assaf is member of the National Council of the Israel Bar Association.

In addition, he serves (Co-) Chairman of the Youth, Students and Campuses Forum at the Israel Bar Association.

Assaf provides comprehensive counsel to corporate and private clients on land rights disputes and assists in rights registration with the official Land Registry. He joined S. Horowitz in 2020, where he completed his internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
