Our firm represents Pangea DW (PANGEA IT) in an administrative petition against “Omega – Institute for Modern Teaching” Ltd – the successful bidder in a tender for performing Coronavirus tests at Ben Gurion Airport.

The petition raises questions regarding the successful bid of Omega in the tender, that according to Pangea, who came second in the tender, should have disqualified Omega from the outset from setting up a corona testing system at Ben Gurion Airport.

The petition process was led by the members of our Litigation Practice Group, partners Eran Bezalel and Hagar Pines, together with associate Or Pi-ell and intern Lior Shmueli.
