Overview

Or Pi-ell is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. She represents international and domestic companies, along with government companies, on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, disputes relating to the complex contractual disputes and tender related disputes.

 

Or joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2016, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.

Other Activities

During her legal studies, Or served as a Vice Editor-in-Chief of “Din U’dvarim” Law Review.

 

Or also served as a teaching assistant to Dr. Yehuda Adar for the course “Contract Law” and to Dr. Ilan Saban for the course “Sources of Israeli Law”. Or was an instructor in the “Legal skills” course at Haifa University’s Faculty of Law.

 

Or was cited on the Dean’s List for excellent academic achievements for three consecutive academic years.
