Yoav is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. He represents international and domestic (both government and private) companies, on a broad range of civil and administrative matters, with a particular focus on challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, defending class actions, disputes relating to the complex contractual disputes and tender related disputes.

 

Yoav joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2019 after he interned in the High Court of Justice Department in the State Attorney’s office and later on worked in a leading Israeli law firm.
