Noa is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm, where she specializes in commercial and administrative law, as well as civil litigation. She represents private companies, both international and domestic, on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on class actions, tender related disputes, and construction projects contractual disputes.

Noa joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2023, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
