Overview

Noa Elyakim is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. She represents international and domestic companies, along with government companies, on a broad range of civil and contractual matters. Her particular focus lies in challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, as well as handling complex contractual and tender-related disputes.

Noa joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2023, after completing her internship under the Deputy Attorney General for matters of International Law, Dr. Gilad Noam.
