Lior is an associate in the dispute resolution department of the firm. She represents international and domestic companies as well as high net worth individuals on a broad range of civil and contractual matters, with a particular focus on disputes concerning construction and infrastructure projects, challenging and reviewing the decisions of public authorities and public bodies in the administrative courts, complex contractual disputes and tender related disputes.

Lior joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2019, where she completed her internship and qualified as an Israeli advocate.
