Adv. Sharon Danieli is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition Law Practice Group.
Sharon counsels international and domestic companies on complex competition law matters, and provides strategic counsel on merger clearances, abuse of monopoly investigations, cartel proceedings, and competition disputes before the Restrictive Trade Practices Tribunal and at all levels of Israel’s civil court system.In this context, Sharon has particular expertise in guiding merger and acquisition transactions and other multi-jurisdictional merger proceedings in competition, antitrust, and other regulatory aspects.
Having joined S. Horowitz & Co. in 2017, where she completed her internship before qualifying as an Israeli advocate in 2019, Sharon has developed significant expertise in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of Israeli competition law. Her academic excellence, demonstrated by earning both her LL.B. magna cum laude and LL.M. cum laude from Bar Ilan University, underlies her analytical approach to complex antitrust matters.
