Adv. Kashet Shoval is an associate in the Litigation Department at S. Horowitz.
Keshet represents international and domestic corporations, including government-owned entities, across a broad range of civil, commercial, and administrative matters. Keshet advises on proceedings before courts, arbitration panels, and mediation forums, and advises clients in the preliminary stages of negotiation and out-of-court dispute resolution. Keshet joined S. Horowitz in 2024, following her experience as a pre-intern at the Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office (Criminal Division). During her studies, she served as a teaching assistant to Dr. Ofer Malcai in the Evidence Law course and to Prof. Karen Winshel Margal in the Research Methods course at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and was a member of the Innocence Clinic at the same institution.
