We, Israel’s leading law firms, are devastated to report that our colleague, Adv. Amit Soussana, is amongst the Israeli civilian hostages currently held in Gaza by the Hamas terrorist organization.

Amit, who works in the foreign filing department of IP firm, the Luzzatto Group, and who is one of the first graduates of the Faculty of Law at Sapir College, was violently taken from her home in Kfar Aza, on 7 October 2023.

In addition to the shooting, raping, beheading, burning, mutilating, and torture of Israeli and foreign nationals perpetrated by Hamas and its belligerent partners in evil, over 240 people were abducted into Gaza: civilians ranging in age from just a few months, to at least 85 years old.

As members of the international legal community, it is incumbent upon all of us to vehemently and loudly condemn this war crime, calling on our respective governments to act swiftly and decisively for the immediate release of all hostages.

Please join in calling for all hostages to be returned immediately, unconditionally, and in excellent health.
