Shay Lakhter, Esq., is an associate in the Public International Law and International Arbitration Practice Groups.

Shay specializes in international dispute resolution, commercial and investment arbitration conducted under various arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and ICSID). He hosts Arbitral Voices, an arbitration videocast, served as an LL.M. Advisor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law (2022-2023), and drafted the 2024 Foreign Direct Investment Moot.

Shay joined S. Horowitz in 2024 after having worked for three years in one of the case management teams of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
