Adv. Ravit Kotek is an attorney in the Labor Law and Labor Relations department.

Ravit provides comprehensive legal counsel to a wide range of clients, including major employers in the economy, private and public entities, non-profit organizations and pension funds, with deep understanding of the unique needs of each sector. Ravit accompanies organizations in strategic proceedings and skilfully manages labor disputes and complex litigation processes. Additionally, Ravit has extensive experience in the field of pension savings and provides comprehensive solutions in this area as well.

Based on her extensive experience, Ravit provides strategic guidance on substantive labor matters including ongoing legal support and counsel, collective bargaining, labor disputes, employee termination procedures, she represents clients in claims and mediation proceedings, and operates with great professionalism, drawing from rich experience and deep understanding in her fields of practice.
